Is this stuff frozen?
Nope. They don’t use any preservatives and high quality, 100% cold-pressed olive oil solidifies in the fridge. It’s a perfectly natural process and even ensures that their products are made with the best quality ingredients. Place the bottle in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes and shake to loosen. This won’t compromise integrity of product.
Does it have GMO's?
No way. They never use genetically modified organisms in any of their products, and they are in the process of being certified by the Non GMO Project.
What do they use instead of refined sugar?
They use homemade date puree instead of refined sugars to naturally sweeten their products.
How long will their products last?
Refrigerate for quality.
Are their products kosher?
Yes, almost all of them are. EarthKosher certifies their products pareve. The two products that are not certified kosher are Balsamic and Matty’s BBQ because their organic balsamic vinegar is not kosher.
Should I keep it in the fridge?
Refrigerate for quality for up to 7 months.

How do I open this bottle?
Dip the top in a glass of hot water for 30 seconds, peel back the pull-tab, and unscrew. Please put down the knife.

Soy allergies: Please be aware that their Soy Ginger, Red Wine Vinaigrette, and Green Goddess dressings use organic gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), so you should read the label to make sure these products are safe for you.

They use the term “spices” to protect their secret recipes. Youngest Brother Matt works hard to come up with their unique recipes, and he’d become a pretty fired up ginger if someone were to replicate his recipes, so they keep them secret to keep his ginger power in check. It’s true that many companies use this term to hide bad ingredients like MSG, but they don’t. They never use fake ingredients like that.
What kind of oil do they use?
They use cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressed is the best method because it ensures that the nutritional goodness of the olives is retained in the pressing process.
What kind of soy do they use?
They use the highest quality non-GMO, gluten-free, reduced sodium tamari.
What kind of mustard do they use?
To ensure the high standard of their products they use homemade mustard. Their mustard contains trace amounts of vinegar.
