About Aubrey Organics

When Aubrey Hampton first mixed ground ginger, peppermint, and eucalyptus leaf into a base of coconut oil in 1967, he never imagined that the batch of bath liquid he created to help combat those harsh New York City winters would change the personal care industry forever. Forty years and more than 200 products later, Aubrey, the company he founded, remains the leader in natural hair, skin and body care, with products sold in more than 4500 retailers throughout the world.

Why use something synthetic when something natural works so much better? That's the practical philosophy behind every Aubrey product. This simple idea has been the cornerstone of their pioneering company since the beginning. Read their labels. You'll find only the finest herbals and plant extracts in their most natural form.

In 1994, their company became the first personal care manufacturer to be certified as an organic processor by Quality Assurance International of San Diego, California. This means that their factory - where they create their products - is regularly inspected and certified as a manufacturing facility where organic ingredients are handled according to standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Organic Program.

Aubrey buys only the purest natural and organic ingredients from fair trade sources, and use them in handcrafted, all-natural products that are good for you and good for the Earth. It is this commitment that has made Aubrey the finest hair, skin and body care products manufacturer and an industry leader with an impressive list of "firsts."

When I married my husband (23 years ago) he was a dandruff sufferer. He frequently used the traditional dandruff shampoos which caused his hair to thin. I was able to find this wonderful shampoo at our health food store and have been using it ever since. Now all this time has passed and he has no dandruff and a healthy head of hair. This is a great product. I am glad to be able to order it from Lucky Vitamin Corporation. I cannot find it locally and they have good prices.

Brilliant natural shampoo for greasy hair that genuinely keeps your hair grease free. If you have oily hair this shampoo will have your hair DEFINITELY less greasy. It lathers very well for natural shampoo and leaves my hair squeaky clean without any build up. My hair is very oily in the roots and dry at the ends so I team it up with conditioner from the same range that i apply on my roots and from mid section to the ends i apply other conditioner (MooGoo brand). This is my all time favourite shampoo that helps my hair being grease-free without stripping natural oils off. Aubrey Organics never stop manufacturing this super duper shampoo!

This is one of the easiest lathering Aubrey shampoos I've tried. I have an annoyingly oily, itchy, scabby scalp that is prone to acne however the rest of my hair is what I would consider dry, tangled, and thin. This shampoo has a pleasant enough scent that doesn't linger in the hair, it cleans extremely well without agitating my already sensitive skin and it defines my waves so well. My hair definitely feels thicker and more full after using it and totally resolves my nagging itchiness. I follow up with the Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner and all of my hair problems are solved.

I love this shampoo. It is thick and a just a small amount makes a great lather. So even though it may seem more costly you don't need to use a lot and it can last a long time. It has no toxic ingredients and it is not overly drying like some shampoos. This is my number one shampoo and I will continue to buy it.

I have to agree with everyone. It is wonderful. Only have to lather once. Adding a little more water and I get nice suds. Cleans great. Smells nice. Love it.
