Heritage Black Seed Oil - 8 oz. (240ml)

Black Seed Oil Cumin
If you’re wondering, “where can I buy black seed oil?”, LuckyVitamin is the answer! This 8 fluid ounce bottle of Black Seed Oil by Heritage Store is one of our best selling items. It is cold-pressed, unrefined, 100% pure virgin naturally occurring Thymoquinone in the form of a liquid dietary supplement. The amber glass bottle shields the liquid from UV rays and preserves freshness. Plus, it’s certified organic, Kosher, Halal, sustainably sourced, free of solvents, alcohol, fillers, preservatives, and gluten. Heritage Black Seed Oil Liquid contains no other ingredients besides 4.6 grams of Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa). Known as Habbatul Baraka or “the seed of blessing” in Arabic, Black Seed Oil shows promising results in scientific studies as a powerful antioxidant that helps support a healthy immune system. This liquid supplement also provides many unique essential fatty acids the body requires for optimal health and vitality.

    Black Seed Oil Benefits
There is a wide range of possible health benefits associated with Black Cumin Seed Oil. Some are substantiated by science, others are anecdotal. It is said to improve conditions ranging from arthritis to hair loss with many other health issues in between! Heritage Black Seed Oil liquid dietary supplement is presented to you as an antioxidant and immune system booster. Other possible benefits of Black Seed Oil include positive effects on the cardiovascular system, soothing effects on the digestive system, dermatological uses for eczema, acne, dark spots, burns, and dry skin, plus it has been found to help reduce blood glucose levels, promote higher energy levels, and help some people grown back sparse hair, eyebrows, and eye lashes. Black Seed Oil has anti-inflammatory effects, moisturizing properties, and it has anti-histamine effects because of its compounds carbonyl and thymoquinone. It may help suppress coughs, stimulate appetite, help relieve pain, headaches, and toothaches, plus it is antimicrobial. And, to add to a seemingly never-ending list of potential Black Cumin Seed Oil benefits… it may help regulate menstruation, boost breast milk secretion, and help protect against ulcers. Plus, it may help treat memory trouble, male infertility, and anxiety.

    Black Seed Oil Uses
As a general health dietary supplement and wellness tonic, take 1 teaspoon one or two times daily. You can mix it with honey to improve the flavor if you would like. Otherwise, Black Cumin Seed Oil is fairly strong and bitter tasting. You can ingest Black Seed Oil or use topically. For topical uses, simply rub a small amount on the affected area preferably before bedtime. Wash off in the morning. You can mix Black Seed Oil with many of your other natural remedies or personal care products. For example, mix a couple of teaspoons into a palm-full of conditioner to add extra softening to your hair. Or, add a few drops into a teaspoon of plain yogurt and rub onto your face for a soothing, probiotic acne face mask. Rinse and wash as normal. For rashes and anti-itch skin needs, you can rub onto the affected area and cover for about 30 minutes. This allows the oil time to soak into the skin and can be rinsed off. Nourish split ends by coating the tips of your hair strands. This will help prevent more splitting and breakage. The sky really is the limit for Black Cumin Seed Oil uses and potential benefits!

    How Black Seed Oil Works
Black Seed Oil works in a variety of ways due to its compositional makeup. It contains 100 or more important vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids including potassium, zinc, calcium, amino acids, and proteins. Particularly, Black Cumin Seed contains large amounts of Thymoquinone and the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and palmitic acid which deliver antioxidant results. Thymoquinone is also anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-ulcer, and antifungal. It may also help ward off disease.

How Much Black Seed Oil per Day?
Heritage Black Seed Oil when used as a dietary supplement can be used up to twice a day in a 1 teaspoon dose. Therefore, Heritage recommends up to 2 teaspoons per day. If you want to use Black Seed Oil topically as well, you can ingest the 2 teaspoons and use the topical amount in the same day. A little goes a long way when used externally. There is no need to slather on large amounts! Black Seed Oil is considered to be likely safe for most adults. Heritage does not recommend for children or women who are pregnant. If you have a planned surgery, stop taking Black Seed Oil two weeks prior since it can complicate blood clotting. Or, be sure to tell you doctor if you use it every day before any procedures. Other side effects reported are minimal.

Heritage Black Seed Oil, known as "the seed of blessing," offers nutritive support that may benefit a healthy immune system when used regularly. Health practitioners around the world use Heritage Black Seed Oil's unique essential fatty acids to help balance the body. Heritage's 100% Black Seed Oil is cold-pressed in accordance with sustainable, kosher, and halal standards. It is naturally free of solvents, alcohol, fillers, preservatives and gluten for your good health.

I've been using this oil for about 2 plus years now and it may taste nasty at first but you'll get used to it. But it's the oil that helps with any problem that you have with your immune system. Just google it and you're see what it can do for you. From inside your body healing to outside your body like your nails and hair. Love love it.
