RuckPack Energy & Core Nutrition Shot Tropical Peach Smoothie - 2 oz. (60 ml)
Ruck Pack Energy & Core Nutrition Shot Tropical Peach Smoothie is the combination of an energy shot and nutritional supplement; defining a new category within the energy drink and sports energy drink markets - Peak Performance Nutrition. RuckPack is the only nutritional shot created on the battlefield by Special Operations Forces Marines for the rigor of war, RuckPack is proven to sustain peak mental and physical performance.
RuckPack was developed by Robert Dyer, an active duty Marine Corps Officer and other Special Ops Marines to provide a single source of supplemental nutrition for troops in the battlefield. Officer Dyer’s vision was to produce a power-packed vitamin & energy shot capable of delivering maximum performance, caffeine-free.

How much RuckPack should I take?
RuckPack shots were originally designed to be part of a regimen for someone who gets basic meal and water support, but has demanding physical exertion that takes them beyond what the meals provide for vitamin needs. If you fit into that category you can take up to two shots in 24 hours and still utilize the full shot’s contents. Most people average taking one shot per day allowing them the ease of sleeping at night. Not everyone is on call 24 hours/day. If you are, this is your multivitamin.
Should I take the entire contents of one package?
They’ve seen basically two options from their customers. Taking the entire shot at once is perfectly fine (it’s what their CEO does!), but several of their team have written saying they like to string out the shot throughout the day. One woman takes half shots throughout the day and says she can’t live without them. They think you’ll agree.
How did you come to choose the ingredients and amounts in each RuckPack?
The ingredients were a collaboration from several individuals. They had Reconnaissance Team Leaders, Marine Aviators, and even Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsmen weigh in on the ingredients it takes to keep someone in peak condition. From there we found a trusted, GMP Certified manufacturing company and brought them our idea. After more research and doing a little fine tuning of the dosage, RuckPack was born.
Frustrated by having to take up to twenty pills and capsules per day, Rob Dyer and his team of Special Ops Marines came up with the idea for RuckPack––a single-source, power-packed vitamin & energy shot capable of delivering maximum performance, caffeine-free.
To ensure only the most essential ingredients for an energy shot were included in RuckPack, Marine Special Operations Forces tested and used the product while fighting on the front lines in Afghanistan.
In 2008, Rob Dyer established Noots! Nutrition, LLC and officially released RuckPack on Veterans Day, 2011. The peak performance nutrition shot designed for military warriors is now available to life’s warriors everywhere.
Today, RuckPack is over 80% military service-member owned. It’s a brand whose owners live by a code of service to country and community and who uphold the ideals of honor, dedication, and integrity.
RuckPack will never fall short of such ideals.

Founder and creator of RuckPack
Major Robert Dyer is an active duty Marine Corps aviation officer, a highly decorated combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and an entrepreneur who is combining his wartime experience and business acumen to create supplemental nutrition and energy products for military and active civilians alike.
Dyer founded his company, San Diego-based Noots! Nutrition, in 2008, drawing on his experience in a modern war waged under vastly different conditions than prior conflicts, requiring new technologies, weapons and skillsets along with increased energy, endurance and nutrition.
One of his company’s first products is RuckPack, a concentrated liquid energy shot of essential vitamins and minerals, without caffeine. Dyer developed RuckPack under battlefield conditions to help weary troops recover quickly from fatigue and dehydration with minimal down time under stressful conditions.
Dyer served two tours in Iraq from 2005-2006, first with a Marine fighter squadron as a weapons systems officer and later with the 1st Force Reconnaissance Company elite ground unit as a forward air controller, coordinating airstrikes under fire.
At the end of 2006, Dyer joined the newly formed Marine Special Operations Command (MarSoc), which deployed to Afghanistan, where he served two tours through early 2008 and where he conceived the basic formula for RuckPack.
After returning from Afghanistan in 2008, Dyer, while still attached to Marine Special Operations Command, spent two years testing and evaluating cutting edge technology relating to airstrike coordination. At the same time, Rob provided airstrike coordination capabilities for several units in the war zone.
Among his combat decorations, Dyer holds seven Air Medals, a Joint Commendation Medal (with Valor), two Navy Commendation Medals (one with Valor), two Combat Action Ribbons, two National Defense Medals, five Sea Service Deployment Ribbons, two Meritorious Unit Commendations, a Presidential Unit Citation, a NATO-ISAF Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Medal and a Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
He also received the Navy and Marine Corps Medal for heroism in 2001 when he rescued a man incapacitated by a gas station explosion in Pensacola, FL. As the citation reads, Rob pulled the man safely from his vehicle seconds before flames consumed the entire cab.
A native of Tacoma, WA, Dyer graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, in 2000 with a BS degree in economics. From there he attended the Marine Officer Indoctrination Course in Quantico, VA and completed Marine Corps Naval flight officer training in Pensacola, FL in 2002.
At flight school, Dyer earned a letter of commendation from the commanding officer, as well as the honor of distinguished graduate. Upon graduation from flight school in June 2002, Rob was selected for F/A-18D flight training in Miramar, CA.
Dyer enrolled at the Naval Postgraduate Academy in Monterey, CA in June 2010 and received his MBA in financial management in December, 2011.
Rob now lives in Annapolis, MD and is stationed at his alma mater: the United States Naval Academy. He is there teaching Accounting, Basic Economics, and Terrorist Financing (a course he introduced to the school). He lives with his wife, Anna, and their 3-year-old son, Hunter, who was born with heart disease and has had six heart operations. During his third surgery, at four months of age, Hunter suffered a heart attack and spent the next three months on life support.
For the past three years, Rob and Anna have staged Hunter’s Fight, a virtual triathlon/5K that has raised over $15K for various military charities.
