Are Your Products Kosher Certified For Passover?
Seventh Generation products are Kosher Pareve. Pareve indicates that the product does not contain meat or milk or their derivatives.

Many of their products are kosher certified for Passover and year-round use. This includes their Laundry products (except Fabric Softener Sheets) and Household Cleaners (except Disinfecting Cleaners), their Dishwashing products and most Hand Washes are kosher certified for Passover and year-round use. Their Disinfecting Cleaners, Fabric Softener Sheets and Baby Personal Care products are not kosher certified.

The certifying organization Seventh Generation uses is the Orthodox Union. Their certification symbol is the letter U in a circle. This symbol can be found on the label of Seventh Generation products that are kosher.

No, Seventh Generation products do not contain NPE.

NPE stands for Nonyl Phenoxy Ethoxylate. NPE is a synthetic (petroleum-derived) nonionic surfactant (cleaning agent) used in cleaning products. Common applications include laundry liquid detergents and hard surface cleaners (spray cleaners and dilutable cleaners.)

NPE has been determined to be estrogenic. That is, it can mimic the hormone estrogen. In laboratory studies, exposure to NPE has resulted in hermaphroditic (fish with both male and female sexual organs). [1] There is also experimental evidence that NPE reduces sperm counts in rats.

Do You Use Sustainable Palm Oil?

To use as a refill in their baby wipes tub:  Peel apart package at side seam.  Remove tub lid and place wipes inside a freshly cleaned tub.  Feed first wipe through opening in tub before snapping lid in place.  Keep lid tightly closed when not in use to maintain moisture.  To use as is:  Peel back resealable tape on top of package.  Pull top wipe through opening.  Reseal. Store at room temperature.  Please dispose of used wipes in trash receptacle.  Do not flush.
