Description:Pine, Sylvestre is also known as Scotch Pine. It is an evergreen tree native to Europe that grows up to 50' high. Its needles vary in length from 1.5" to 4" long and are blue-green in color. The cones are small and brown. The essential oil is distilled from the needles and is the most complex and versatile of the pines. It is the pine to use for respiratory infections and muscle aches.
