    Raw Benefits

Raw and living foods contain nutritional, digestive enzymes believed to be destroyed when food is heated above 115 degrees Fahrenheit. By keeping food below 115 degrees, those enzymes are kept intact and benefit your body the way nature intended. Because all of your minerals, herbs, vitamins, and hormones need enzymes to properly function, a diet without living foods can lead to disease, excessive weight gain, and loss of energy. The following are benefits many experience as a result of a raw food diet:

    Weight Loss

Lipase and Protease are enzymes found abundantly in raw live foods that assist in weight management. Lipase helps your body with digestion, fat distribution, and fat burning. Without lipase, fat stagnates and accumulates. Protease helps break down proteins and eliminate toxins. Eliminating toxins is essential to burning fat because your body stores excess toxins in body fat.

Additionally, when you eat cooked food your body receives a signal that you are not getting sufficient nutrients. Your body then thinks it needs to store fat to prevent starvation and increases appetite. This cycle easily leads to over eating and fat accumulation.

    Improved Immunity

Raw foods are rich in Vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants. These ingredients boost your immunity and reduce risks for serious illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

    More Energy

Eating raw provides an energy boost that must be experienced to be believed. Plants lose nutrients when heated above 116 degrees and particular enzymes are killed. If you stay away from highly processed foods and focus on eating as raw as possible, energy will increase due to high enzyme and nutrition content.

    Better Digestion

When you eat raw foods you are consuming a higher content of fiber. This improves digestion and elimination processes in your body. Additionally, the human body produces approximately 22 different digestive enzymes that are capable of digesting carbohydrates, protein and fats. Raw vegetables and raw fruit are rich sources of these enzymes.

    Brad's Story

Brad started a raw food diet in 2006, out of shape and overweight from a few too many cheese-steaks. Despite the benefits of the raw diet, one thing he really missed was the crunch of a good snack. In 2008, Brad began making raw chips in my kitchen to satisfy that craving, and just 2 1/2 years later, he's happy to be able to share my snack with others.

Since the start of my his diet, Brad had lost 40 pounds. At 50, he weigh what he did in my 20's and have more energy than ever. This diet has completely improved my health and changed his life. Brad hopes his chips can help you do the same.

    A word from Brad

Brad's mission is to inform people, young and old, of the benefits of eating raw foods. Their chips are made from vegetables grown by local farmers in Bucks County, Pennsylvania (when available). Blended with sprouted flax seeds, buckwheat groats, and spices, the chips are rich in protein and enzymes. The result is a wholesome chip that is both a delicious and complete food.

    How they're made

It turns out there is a way to put crunch into raw food without sacrificing nutrition. Brad's Raw Chips are dehydrated under 115 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve all nutrients that keep you energized. This means you no longer have to feel guilty about indulging in your favorite snack!
Experience a variety of flavors such as beet, sweet potato, red bell pepper, sun dried tomato, cheddar, and kale.

This will always be one of my favorite snacks. So good and crunchy yet a wonderful, clean list of ingredients. Hard to swallow the high price tag for such a small bag. But the quality is exceptional
