The “8” stands for the year 2008; the “F” stands for the month (June; January is represented by “A”, December by “L”). The last two numbers “23” stand for the day of the month. Therefore, the code date 8F23 indicates June 23, 2008 and represents the date of manufacture and packaging. Fearn marketing experience has shown no problems of spoliage for as long as two-plus years on all FEARN products (other than through direct physical damage).
