Your ZI Bars are so good but, why do they have so much fat in them?
A balanced diet is one that consists of lean proteins, unrefined carbohydrates and essential “healthy” fats. The dietary fat contained in Zero Impact protein bars consist of CLA, sesame oil, almond butter and sunflower butter. The Zero Impact whole food protein bars contain high grade milk proteins and healthy fats derived from nuts and seeds. They are the best and healthiest protein bars in the world!
What sweetener is used in the Zero Impact MRB?
VPX uses Erythritol (a non-caloric sugar alcohol) to sweeten the Zero Impact meal replacement bars. Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol approved for use in the United States and much of the world. It is 70% as sweet as table sugar yet has no effect on blood sugar. Because it is absorbed by the body it is unlikely that it will cause gastric side effects. Honey and Low DE Corn Syrup are additional sweeteners used in the bars, but they are near the end of the ingredient list.
Jack Owoc founded VPX Sports Nutrition back in 1993 with one goal in mind: To produce the highest-grade sports nutrition supplements on the market, for serious individuals who were willing to pay slightly more for a product that works and delivers on its promise. VPX Sports Nutrition released their first product called ATP-R (Adenosine Triphosphate Resynthesizer), at the time when "ordinary" Creatine was just being introduced to the market by Anthony Almada through California Bodybuilding Club. But VPX was first to release an Insulinogenic mediated transport Creatine product with a glucose disposal system. VPX Sports Nutrition's ATP-R product was seriously ahead of its time, truly helping fitness enthusiasts and athletes achieve their fitness and physique goals. Well after the rave reviews and success of ATP-R, VPX Sports Nutrition soon released a product called Cross Pro, which was the only whey protein Isoalte available at this time. Other companies eventually followed VPX Sports Nutrition's lead and began producing their version of whey protein isolate. Just recently VPX Sports Nutrition has unveiled a new proprietary whey protein isolate manufacturing technique that utilizes a series of different filtration methods to capture important microfiltrations such as BSA (Bovin serum albumin), glutathione, glycomacropeptides, di, tri, and quadra- peptide isolates, etc…. VPX Sports Nutrition named this technology Microfraction Selection Technology (MST), to manipulate desirable microfiltrations and eliminate undesirable constituents such as lactose, fat and carbs. Since this time VPX Sports Nutrition has been continuously updating and releasing new nutrition products, proudly maintaining our distinction as the "Frontrunner in Sports Nutrition Pharmacology".
