Natural Eyes Vision Training Pin Hole Glasses is a safe and completely natural relaxation technique for your eyes. Contrary to what most people think, vision is more than just opening the eyes and seeing the world. In fact, vision comprises more than ten different functions, the most common being:

  • 1. Accommodation - the ability of the eyes to focus.
  • 2. Convergence - the ability to bring the eyes inward when looking at close objects.
  • 3. Divergence - the ability of the eyes to go outward when looking from far to near.
  • 4. Version - the ability of the eyes to look and follow objects in all directions.
  • 5. Steropsis - the ability to judge the relative distance of objects and to see in three dimension.
  • 6. Saccades - the ability to quickly look from one object to another.

Along with the various functions involved with vision, we must also recognize that vision may be enhanced with practice. The ability to practice the various functions involved with vision is what vision training is all about.

At last! An easy to follow vision program that takes only minutes a day. Try out the Pinhole Glasses from Natural Eyes and you too may see the difference!

About Natural Eyes

Vision techniques are not really anything new. Various applications of vision training have been used throughout history. The Indian yogi, patanjali, devised techniques to tone and condition the extraocular muscle more than 2,000 years ago. In the 7th century the Greek physician Paulus Aeginta used a mask which had eye holes in it forcing the crossed eye to straighten out. In the early 20th century, the American ophthalmologist, William H. Bates, commented, after 30 years of research: "the theory that poor vision is unavoidable does not fit the observed facts, and I have seen many cases in which errors of refraction spontaneously recovered or changed form." Bates further believed that stress can adversely affect the visual system.

The frame is kind of wonky but still somewhat decent.

It works. Did not think it would. But these sit too low on face, and find the full frame works better because it is right in front of your eyes. My vision is getting better:)
