Source and Processing
The hempseeds for Navitas Naturals Hemp Protein are sourced from premium growers in Canada. This protein powder is produced by cold-pressing raw hempseeds, which are then milled into a fine powder at low temperatures (to ensure freshness and quality). Our hemp protein is made out of 100% pure hemp seed with no fillers or additives, and is raw, kosher, gluten-free, vegan, and 100% organic.

- 3T. Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
- 1/4c. Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs
- 1/4c Navitas Naturals Hemp Powder
- 1/4c. Navitas Naturals Sprouted Chia Powder
- 2c. Sprouted buckwheat
- 1c. Soaked flax seeds
- 1/2c. Agave
- 1 dropper Chocolate liquid stevia
- 1tsp. Cinnamon
- 3T. Roasted carob
To sprout buckwheat, soak 1 cup raw buckwheat groats in 2 cups water overnight in refrigerator. Drain in colander and spread groats evenly around side of colander. Place plate underneath colander to catch dripping water. Cover with paper towel and let sprout on kitchen counter for 36 – 48 hours. When a little white tail pops out from the groats, they have sprouted and are ready. Soak 2/3 cup flax seed with 2 cups water overnight in refrigerator.
Measure 2 cups of sprouted buckwheat and combine with 1 cup of the soaked flax and place in mixing bowl. Add in Navitas Naturals Hemp Powder, Navitas Naturals Sprouted Chia Powder, agave syrup, liquid stevia, cinnamon, carob and lastly the Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder and Cacao Nibs. Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
On a Teflex sheet, spread half the batter into a circle, approximately 10” in diameter and ¼” thick. Repeat on another sheet with rest of batter. Place sheets in dehydrator for 18 hours at 105 degrees. Half way through, peel batter off and flip over. Continue to dehydrate for another 2 hours. When finished, break into bite-size cookie pieces.
Note: If you do not have a dehydrator, place batter on a cookie sheet covered with oil-sprayed parchment paper and dehydrate in a 200 degree oven for two-three hours or until desired texture is achieved.

- 1/2 tsp. Navitas Naturals Vanilla Powder
- 2 cup Sprouted buckwheat
- 1/2 cup Soaked flax seeds
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 1/2 cup Agave nectar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Hemp butter for spreading
Soak 1 cup raw buckwheat groats in 2 cups water overnight in refrigerator. In morning, drain in colander and spread groats evenly around side of colander. Place plate underneath colander to catch dripping water. Cover with paper towel and let sprout on kitchen counter for 36 – 48 hours. Stop when you see a little white tail pop out from the groat.
Soak 2/3 cup flax seed with 2 cups water overnight in refrigerator. Remove skin from and pit from mango, cut flesh into slices and puree in food processor. In large mixing bowl, place 2 cups of sprouted buckwheat and combine with ½ cup of the soaked flax. Add in chia, hemp seeds, pureed mango, agave, stevia, and cinnamon. Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
Spread half the batter into a 10-inch in diameter circle on Teflex sheet evenly about ¼ inch thick. Repeat on another sheet with rest of batter. Place sheets in dehydrator for 18 hours at 105 degrees. Half way through, peel cracker and flip over and continue to dehydrate. When finished, break into bite-size pieces and enjoy with hemp butter on top.
