    Poop Bags

Poop Bags’ Biodegradable Dog Waste Bags feature 38% Corn & Plant Starch Plastics

Makers of compostable waste bags for picking up after your pooch, Poop Bags looks to be the number one American supplier of eco-friendly canine waste disposal and litter. Coming in a fun fire hydrant dispenser or simply in rolls, the bags feature fully compostable construction. In fact, the bag material formula has been independently tested and certified as biodegradable by the Biodegradable Products Institute, or BPI. Each roll of bags, furthermore, is wrapped around a core that’s made of 100% recycled cardboard.

Supporting Other Ecological Initiatives comes Naturally to Poop Bags

Saving the earth with environmentally friendly, biodegradable bags is Poop Bags’ overall goal. In the short term, the bags are tough and conveniently sized for handily cleaning up the results of your dog “doing their business.” Helping out the planet and its creatures even more, Poop Bags also has a You Buy; We Donate program. This initiative donates 5% of profits to many different worthy causes. Some of the earth-friendly projects they’ve supported include oceanic research, reforestation through planting of trees, sea turtle egg hatching and protection, and more.

A Pooch & A Mission got Poop Bags Started on the Road to Success

Paul Cannella, now nicknamed “Mr. Poop Bags” by friends, family, and the media, was confronted by how to clean up after his dog, Miss Cinnamon May, while living in Chicago. With no good solutions, he thought even more about how much plastic waste was generated by people using grocery bags and throwing them away afterwards. With the beginning of a vision, and a mission to help save the Earth in his own way, he went into business in 2009. Nowadays, his company offers dog owners everywhere the opportunity to help preserve the planet, one poop at a time.
