Scott Gryzbek got in touch with his Polish heritage by making delicious, raw, fermented sauerkraut for his wife Cathy and his son Jacob at home. He made the kraut for years for his family and friends, before the young Jacob – who started calling the delicious food “wowerkraut” when he was 3 – suggested Scott should start selling it. Scott took his son’s suggestion and the popularity of the flavorful, probiotics rich kraut took off immediately.
