Henry & Lisa’s Natural Seafood get their fish from a carefully chosen list of approved fisheries. These include wild-caught species like Alaskan pollock, Portuguese sardines, cod, tuna, and sablefish, all from fisheries where careful eco-friendly methods are used. They also source shrimp from natural farmed shrimp that are 100% free of antibiotics and growth hormones. The fish they offer are tasty, fresh, and rich with healthful oils, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, including Omega-3 fatty acids that help improve the health of the eyes, brain, and cardiovascular system.
