Can I use Mommy's Bliss™ BabyDerma Body Cream and Mommy's Bliss™ Diaper Cream?
The BabyDerma Body Cream should be used alone on the irritated area. If the irritated area is the bottom, use the BabyDerma until the inflammation subsides, then use the Diaper Cream again. Do not mix them. BabyDerma Body Cream can be used on any part of the body to relieve and soothe irritated and inflamed skin, which will help the skin to heal itself.
Can I use Mommy's Bliss™ Derma Cream on my toddler too?
Yes. Mommy's Bliss™ BabyDerma Cream was carefully formulated for the sensitive and delicate skin of a baby, but is great for all ages.
What is eczema? Will it go away?
Eczema is a disease in the form of dermatitis, which means there is an inflammation of the epidermis.The term 'eczema' refers to a range of persistent skin conditions. These include dryness and recurring skin rashes that are characterized by redness, skin edema (swelling), itching, dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. We always suggest consulting your pediatrician if you suspect your baby has any kind of skin condition. The amount of time it takes for eczema or other skin conditions to heal or go away is largely dependent on the type of skin condition, how severe the inflammation is and what it is caused by, all of which your pediatrician can help you to determine.

What is seborrheic dermatitis?
Seborrheic dermatitis is a skin disorder affecting the scalp, face, and trunk causing scaly, flaky, itchy, red skin. It particularly affects the sebum-gland rich areas of skin. When newborn babies have seborrheic dermatitis it is often called cradle cap.
What is Cradle Cap?
Cradle Cap (infantile or neonatal seborrheic dermatitis, also known as crusta lactea, milk crust, honeycomb disease) is a yellowish, patchy, greasy, scaly and crusty skin rash that occurs on the scalp of recently born babies. It is usually not itchy, and does not bother the baby. Cradle cap most commonly begins sometime in the first 3 months."
How long after a bath can I put on BabyDerma Body Cream?
Right away! Pat dry after bath, then apply BabyDerma Cream.
Can I use Mommy's Bliss™ BabyDerma Body Cream for cradle cap?
BabyDerma Body Cream contains botanical oils which may help with cradle cap, although it was not formulated for this purpose. BabyDerma Body Cream is enriched with many essential oils and while these may help, each baby is unique and may react differently. There is not one cause or solution to cradle cap. We always suggest consluting your pediatrician.
Can I use Mommy's Bliss™ BabyDerma Body Cream for baby acne?
Most research has found that it is best to not use any treatment for baby acne, since the facial skin is so sensitive it can easily react and worsen. Keep it simple and clean-wash with water!
