It is sometimes referred to as "human-identical" or "bio-identical" progesterone, which differentiates it from synthetic progestins or progestogens. USP classifies the progesterone as the highest quality available.
Suggested Use
Equigest offers superior transdermal absorption. To use, simply massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoonful of the progesterone cream into the soft parts of the body including the belly, inner thigh and upper arm. Rotate area of application daily for maximum benefit. For best results apply to clean skin two times daily.

For menopausal and non-menstruating women:
Apply Equigest cream for a maximum of 21 consecutive days per month. Resume
use as needed after 7 days of non-application.
For menstruating women:

Discontinue use during your period.
