Suggested Use
Two full pumps of the creme is one applications providing 20 mg of Micronized Bio-identical Natural Progesterone USP. Double Application For The First Two Months. Apply creme to clean dry skin (back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck, etc.) Rotate areas daily. Repeat monthly or as recommended by a health care professional.
Postmenopausal Skin: Apply two pumps of creme for 21 consecutive days of the month. Add more days and/or creme as needed.
Premenopausal Skin: Starting the twelth day after the menstrual flow begins, apply two pumps of creme for fourteen consecutive days. Use more creme if needed.
Men: Apply one pump of creme daily. (10 mg progesterone)
