Kal Melatonin 5-HTP is a once daily dietary supplement. Kal Melatonin 5-HTP contains 2.5 mg. of melatonin. Kal Melatonin 5-HTP also contains 60 mg. of 5-HTP. The 5-HTP in Kal Melatonin 5-HTP is from natural griffonia.

Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily, 20 minutes before bedtime.

this stuff is great. It gently takes me to sleep. I have a high tolerance for medications to have a natural way to lull myself to sleep at night is wonderful. I highly recommend this to anyone that has trouble falling asleep @ night and have tried all the other things out there. Plus they taste GREAT !

Convent way to take melatonia and 5 HTP. Product does help me sleep better.
