Suggested Use
Ointment/Gel: Adults, children and infants: Apply generously to affected areas 2 to 3 times daily. Traumeel should be rubbed gently into the skin. Traumeel may be applied using mild compression bandaging and/or occlusive bandaging.

Do not use if known to have hypersensitivity to Traumeel or any of its ingredients. In rare cases, allergic skin reactions may develop. For external use only. Each 100g of ointment contains: Calendula officinalis 1X, Hamamelis virginiana 1X, Arnica montana, radix 1X 1.50g each; Aconitum napellus 3X, Belladonna 3X 1.00g each; Bellis perennis 1X, Chamomilla 1X, Echinacea 1X, Echinacea purpurea 1X 0.5g each; Millefolium 1X 0.30g; Hepar sulphuris calcareum 8X 0.25g; Mercurius solubilis 8X 0.12g; Symphytum officinale 4X 0.10g; Hypericum perforatum 6X 0.09 g
Inactive ingredients: Cetylstearyl alcohol, ethanol, paraffin, purified water and white petrolatum.

Traumeel is amazing stuff. I have a bad back, and it really helps with the muscle soreness and pain. It also gets rid of bruises really fast (within 3 days in my experience). It even prevents bruising -- I smacked myself really hard on something and knew it would bruise, so I put Traumeel on it right away a couple times a day and all I got was a very slight yellowing that I could hardly see. And even better, it barely hurt. The only drawback I can see to the ointment is that if I use it on my shoulders, it makes my hair greasy, but I tried the Traumeel Gel (same homeopathic ingredients) on my shoulders, and it works just as well but doesn't make my hair greasy. I find the gel a little harder to work with, so I buy the ointment for most uses though.

Who doesn't love Traumeel. Being an avid although slow cyclist at my age, I am constantly getting minor bruises and being clutzy I am constantly getting not so minor bruises. I keep traumeel in my bike paniers, my purse, my truck, at my office and of course in my medicine cabinet. It will almost instantly negate injuries that might cause severe or minor bruising if applied immediately. If you use it later, it will definitely reduce the time the bruise is around and help reduce the painfulness. This is a magic product. Everyone I have introduced it to has wondered how it is they didn't know about it.

An excellent pain reliever for sore muscles, injuries, stiffness, etc. It is not greasy and absorbs well and is made from homeopathic medicines which are safe and nontoxic, no fragrance which is a real plus for me.

I have been using Taumeel Ointment since I hurt my neck two years ago. Since I cannot take aspirin, my doctor perscribed this ointment for me. It has helped tremendously. I use it daily and when I forget to apply the ointment to my neck, I feel the difference. This product is very effective.

Traumeel is an ointment that relieves pain from sore muscles to arthritis. It is great for muscle cramps. Just massage it into the cramping muscle for fast relief.
It is also much less expensive from this company than purchasing it from a naturopath.

This stuff works great. I always have a tube of it with me in my first aid kit and toiletry bag. Use it as soon as I do something that would cause a bruise and it keeps a bruise from forming. It's also really good for aches and pains.
