Try this when you just can't shake a bad mood: start with a Overtired & Cranky™ bath (essential oil or bubble bath), then when you have soaked long enough, moisturize from head-to-toe with Overtired & Cranky™ Massage Oil before toweling dry or putting on a bathrobe. Slip into something comfortable, pull down the bed covers and mist sheets and pillows with our Overtired & Cranky™ or Calming™ Spritzer. Then, climb into bed, insert a pair of ear plugs (I love ear plugs!), read, take a nap - you'll emerge re-energized and ready for the kids, work...all with a serene smile. Moms, this blend also helps to ease menstrual cramps and backaches, simply massage over lower back and tummy as needed. To heat oil before applying, dispense a quarter-sized amount of oil into the palm of your hand, rub hands together vigorously to heat the oil and massage using gentle circular strokes.
