Suggested Use

Drinking Instructions:
- Bring 1-gallon of fresh water to a boil
- Remove from heat
- Add all 16 tea bags
- Steep for 10 minutes
- Sweeten to taste
- Enjoy hot, warm or cold
- Take the 2 Vitamin B tablets with your last cup of tea.
-Drink the entire gallon at a comfortable yet consistent pace over a 2-hr period.
-If you’re feeling uncomfortable or rushed, slow down the pace. Take up to 4-hrs if needed, do not force yourself.
-Be sure to urinate frequently; this is a part of the elimination process and very important to a successful cleansing program.
Daily Maintenance Instructions:
