1. Shake well before using.
2. Within a 30 minute time period drink the entire contents of the 12 ounce bottle. Also enjoy over ice or blended with ice as a frozen drink.

3. Refill bottle with cold water and drink until gone.

4. Over the next half hour it is important to relax and allow your Bodyto eliminate fluids by urinating frequently to expel toxins. It is helphul to drink an additional 12 ounces of water to assist your Bodyin further fluid and toxin elimination from the Body

Product may begin to eliminate toxins within 1 hour. Product is effective up to 6 hours after drinking Cleansing Cocktail. Cleansing is beneficial prior to any diet and exercise program.

Helpful Hints:
When cleansing the system, it is important to drink as much water as possible on a daily basis.

48 hours prior to use, avoid unwanted toxins and do not use any over the counter drugs, large quantities of vitamins, alcohol, or acidic liquids (vinegar, juices).
