I have the Gaiam socks and gloves. They are GREAT!!! I don't feel like I am slipping all over my mat and my alignment in poses couldn't be better. I highly recommend the socks in your yoga practice.

I didn't like these at all. I found that although the SOCKS stayed on the mat, my feet slipped inside of the socks which was very uncomfortable and distracting. I wear a women's size 9 shoe so I don't think it was because the socks were too big for me. I wore them once and will never wear them again.

The socks kept my feet warm during the yoga practice and provided some resistance on the mat. However in other more complicated postures, the socks moved around on my feet , thus making me less stable .
