this little guy is definitely not just for youngsters. i use it for physical therapy for my rheumatoid arthritis, squeezing it in my hands. i also use it on my angry (interstitial cyctitis) bladder. due to the weight of the hug pillow it provides comfort that other things i have tried don't. and i must say the rainbow color is not only calming, but empowering!

I call this pillow "little man". I hug him at night, sometimes I use him as a pillow. In daylight the color of this pillow is so vibrant I really enjoy it.
