Suggested Use
For maximum effectiveness begin treatment at first sign of cold, within 24-48 hours of onset.
Adults: Chew one bubble gum ball for 10-15 minutes or until taste is gone. repaet every 2-4 hours as needed. Recommended daily dosage is 6 per day.
Continue sue until all symptoms have ceased.
To avoid minor upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices 1/2 hour before and after chewing gumball, as this will negate the effect of zinc. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids.
