I wasn't impressed with this supplement. I usually respond very quickly to upping my dose of the D3 I get from Whole Foods at the first sign of sickness. Using this supplement the same way (same increased dosage) on repeated colds this winter, there was no response. I did not purchase again.

Vitamin D is good for you and the price can't be beaten.
