Place the tongue cleaner as far back as possible with the raised surfaces towards the tongue and slide forward. One slide is usually enough.

These tongue cleaners are great. They help where brushing doesn't. My tongue is never furry since I have been using them.

This is the greatest feeling after I use my tooth posder in the shower I also run the water in my mouth and scrape my tongue. Feels so good and clean......and doing it in the shower allows me to brush and scrape away without worrying about splashing the mirrors, etc. This is a good scraper with it's many ridges. I like that they are raised and separate ridges from the next ridge. The only thing I would recommend, do not scrape too hard, the handle will snap and break !
