How much liquid should I drink while taking your products?
It is always a good idea to consume at least a gallon of water per day, but take at least 2-3 glasses of liquid with any of our products.

Suggested Use
Add 1-2 scoops of Purple InTrain into 20-24 oz of cold water, and consume it during your workout. For best results, Purple InTrain should e used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet
