Green tea is made of steamed leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Green tea's health benefits have been studied extensively over the last few decades. It's a great source of antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances that protect cells from the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Antioxidants interact with and stabilize free radicals and may prevent some of their damage. Researchers are also investigating green tea's possible effect on conditions such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
Pomegranates, one of the most beautifully complex fruits on earth, have been cultivated for millennia in the Middle East and India; this "superfruit" has recently become popular in the U.S. Pomegranates are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C.
Throughout India, Tulsi is considered "The Queen of Herbs" and is revered as a sacred plant infused with healing power. Traditionally grown in an earthen pot in every family home or garden, Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) makes a delicious and refreshing tea that possesses wonderful health benefits that support the body's natural immune system while relieving the body's negative reaction to stress. Tulsi's remarkable life-enhancing qualities, noted repeatedly in ancient Indian scriptures dating back 5,000 years, are now here for you to fully enjoy. Organic India is the first company to bring Tulsi to the West as an organic tea. They work with thousands of farmers in India to cultivate the herb using environmentally sustainable methods, restoring vitality to the earth and dignity to its people. In India, Rose is called ‘The Lotus of the Heart' and is said to increase love and devotion.

Very delicious tea! The flavor is very delicate and is even great iced.
I've really been enjoying the taste and quality of this tea.
I like that it is organic but it doesn't taste very good. Tulsi may be good for you but you have to add a lot of lemon or ginger to hide the flavor.
Tulsi teas are outstanding in two ways; they taste wonderful and they are good for you. Organic India has an excellent record in producing organic products of the highest quality. If you are looking for a green tea with a bit of boost, this is a great choice.
I use this for lowering cortisol. I use toffee flavored stevia to sweeten.
I love this tea - - use it every day.
I have replaced my morning coffee with this delicious tea!
Excellent tea from an excellent company. Although a bit pricey, I think it's well worth it.
