Source and Processing Navitas Naturals Chia Power is made from chia seeds grown in Chile. The seeds are sprouted prior to milling to increase nutrient content and improve bioavailability. This is a single ingredient product –just sprouted chia -- that is raw, gluten-free, kosher, and vegan.

I recommend this product!
This stuff makes the most delicious, nutritious and super easy raw pudding. Just add water(nut milk, juice, etc.)your own flavorings(maca, cacao, vanilla, stevia, nut butter, fruit, spices), stir or blend, and viola- in about 10 minutes you have a awesomely healthy breakfast or snack! Tip: 3 tablespoons chia to 1 cup liquid is a meal size serving
