Suggested Use
For hardcore effects, drink 1 bottle (1 serving) twice daily. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings before your workout. Shake product before use. Consume 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 1 serving in a 4-hour period and/or 2 servings in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
