This is the only thing I have found to keep the hot flashes, crying and temper tantrums from messing up my life. I never run out of it.

I really hate to post this, because this is a good brand, but it stinks! I kind of smells like fish. I really like their progesterone spray, it has a nice smell.
Perhaps I got an "off" container. I will only buy the spray from now on.

This is a great progesterone cream, I love that it is paraben free. I have used several cycles for almost a year and notice a great improvement in PMS symptoms and have noticed a real reduction in belly fat and fat on my thighs. I don't have the swelling and pain in my chest any longer and I really have not PMS symptoms at all except for some acne right before my cycle. I highly recommend this, especially for women in their mid 30's and beyond.

I started using Progesterone cream about a year ago and I have used two other products, but I would have to say that Life-Flo is the one I like the best. I could feel the difference after a week. It has a fresh dirt smell but then that goes away. I feel so much better.
