Suggested Use

Soothing bath: Add 4-5 drops Lavender Harvest to a full tub;swirl. Calming diffuser: 10 drops Lavender Harvest in a candle lamp diffuser.

Love this product! I drop a few drops of lavender at my pillow at night - helps me fall asleep as it is very relaxing. I also put drops in the dryer while drying my clothes. Aura Cacia brand is very high quality.

this smells great, like the more expenive oil from young living, but over half the price. it really helps relax my daughters, ages 19 months and 5.
