I had been using this product for sometime ~ I ran out and was busy so I just went to a local health food distributor and got another similar product ~ I mistakenly surmised. Well over the course of a couple of months I came back and reread all of claims for the Advanced Nutrition product as was quite surprised to note that all manner of things were changing ~ so I'm reordering and or going on the automatic reorder protocol. I started using this product at the suggestion of my mother who has osteoporosis. I have been taking it now for a few years and can see the effects easily on my nail growth. I was unable to grow my nails before as they broke too easily. Now I actually have to cut them! I like the soft capsules are a good size.

I have been using this for over 10 years, I have type 2 diabetes. This product is the best I have found, and the best in price. not sure why the bigger bottle costs more........ add vitamin c for maximum results. I do not get sick when those around me do, cold is reduced to a runny nose with no other symptoms. for me it has been exactly as the descriptions describe.
