I like this vitamin because you can take it on an empty stomach if need be. I can tell when I don't take it and feel better when I do. Having a delicate stomach it still never bothers me. Don't have to take a lot of other pills because it has so much in it.

About 8 years ago, the health food store recommended Rainbow Light for my daily vitamin. It has minerals and is also food based, which, at the time, didn't mean much to me. It does now!! I feel wonderful as long as I take one every day. If I miss it, I can really tell, just like another reviewer said. This is the best daily vitamin on the market!!
