I love this stuff, it really works. It tastes fruity, with a little bit of a metallic taste. Not bad at all though! I usually take it straight, and then maybe have a sip of juice afterward to get the aftertaste out of my mouth. Ive tried other iron pills/liquids and this one is by far the best. I would get sick/dizzy when taking regular iron. However, this one makes me feel great. If you need to take iron, I highly recommend this one.

I'm only giving this four stars because my daughter loves this stuff. However, I've not had her iron levels retested to determine the efficacy of this supplement. If they've indeed risen, I'll gladly give five stars.
