Echinacea-Eleuthero by Nature's Way
Nature's Way Echinacea-Eleuthero incorporates two forms of Echinacea synergistically blended with the popular herbal tonic Eleuthero. Echinacea supports the immune system and Eleuthero is one of the most popular traditional tonic herbs. Echinacea is known for its effectiveness on viruses during the cold/flu season. Research was conducted on a group of people with the common cold and split them into two groups: one group was given echinacea and the other group was not. The group that was given echinacea got over their colds days faster than the group that was not treated with echinacea. Eleuthero strongly stimulates the immune system in a similar way that echinacea does. However, it is more of a preventive medicine than anything else. Working together with echinacea, eleuthero is stronger than ever. A combination of the two herbs is significantly better than taking them separately.
Suggested Use
Take two capsules twice daily, with water at mealtimes. For more intensive use take up to four capsules twice daily with water at mealtimes. After taking Echinacea for 6 to 8 weeks, a 2 to 4 week break is recommended before restarting use.
