I have been using this brank of lactase enzyme for a long time and I love it! I used to take the individually wrapped chewable caplets at every meal and it was always a guessing game as to how many I needed, plus it's a pain. Now, I take two Kals in the morning and only, only, if I eat pure dairy such as a hunk of cheese, or a glass of milk will I pop another. Thank you for offering Kal! I rely on you!
These pills are really awesome for someone who has a lactose intolerance since he/she is born!
