I never would have thought there was any difference in personal lubricants until I tried the SInclair Institute's water-based gel lubricant. After we tried this lubricant we've never even considered using k-y jelly again. My experience with k-y and other similar lubricants is that it would "wear out," get sticky and actually make things worse. This never gets that sticky, uncomfortable feeling instead it feels smooth and comfortable. It also doesn't leave a sticky residue. Bottom line, it's awesome.
