Suggested Use
To Relieve Allergy Symptoms: Use as needed (1 – 3 sprays) per nostril to relieve general allergy symptoms.
For Mild Symptoms: (1 spray) will do for most users.
For Severe Symptoms: It may require (3 sprays).
For Daily Prevention:
During allergy seasons, use (1 spray) per nostril (3 times daily) morning, noon and bedtime -- to prevent the occurrence of most airborne allergy symptoms.

Ok, so it does burn some and you might cough or want to sneeze, but it's WORTH 5 seconds of WOW to use this stuff. It's been a wonderful blessing to my nasal passages. I can't wait to try it out as the weather changes and colds come around.... Not that I want a cold....

It comes in two formulas for stuffy noses. Allergy Formula has nettle in it and the Sinus Formula doesnt. I have used them both. If you have mucus build up then order the Allergy Buster; if not, then the Sinus Formula without nettle would work just fine. The hot pepper oil will knock you backwards for the first 5 seconds but shortly after that you will feel the difference. Don't expect this all natural product to work like Afrin type chemical formulas for stuffy noses or you will be disappointed. I like knowing I can get "some" relief using a natural product. It also last for several hours.

My wife found this online and insisted that I try it. I have had 3 sinus surgeries and still could not get relief from my congestion. I stayed hooked on Afrin severe congestion for years. Thanks to sinus buster-(warning- its intense and takes getting used to the burn)- I'm off Afrin and only during seasonal outbreaks also use prescription Nasacort AQ- ( Nasacort is very expensive)
