I have used this twice for my husband who has asthma. His asthma gets bad enough to get steriods and drugs when he gets a cold. So I gave him Clear Lungs, NOW foods Propolis, and Goldenseal Root. He did not have to go to the doctor, the cold cleared on its own, and his lungs got better. I keep it on hand for emergencies. Luckyvitamin has such good prices!

I always have this item on hand, but use it more during colder weather. It always helps me breath better when my chest feels tight, whether the cause is allergies or a cold. I do not have asthma, but colds have turned into bronchitis in the past. Clear lungs works (for me) better and faster than the over the counter medicines. I have used this product for several years, when needed. I am getting more now, as it is getting closer to cold weather, and my daughter gets mild asthma symptoms fairly often during the winter months. She has a prescribed inhaler from her allergist, but I am going to see if she wants to give Clear Lungs a try.

really good product! my lungs feel better with this. I was exposed to a lot of second hand smoke when I was younger and it must have weakened me so. at times I just need this. it works. says on the product you should feel results in a few hours. I was skeptical but it was so.

This stuff is great! We have been using it for a few years. My husband took it at the first signs of a cold recently and it never settled into it's lungs : )
