Suggested Use

I love this product! I play full contact sports 4-5 times per a week so I constantly have achy muscles, and bruises. I just slap one of these patches on my bruise, or achy muscle(s) before bed, and it works like a charm. The patch definitely improves the appearance of a bruise, sometimes keeping a bruise from even appearing, as well as helps sore muscles.

My Husband tried this but didn't seem to think it helped as much as Icy/Hot from local drug store. Still it was much better priced and natural is a huge plus.

I have fibromyalgia and was impressed. These patches are able to get to and stop the pain in areas other products have not been able to stop. A drawback is the tendency of the patches to roll off of certain areas; for me, my legs.
