Suggested Use
Dissolve a handful or more into a tub of water at your preferred temperature. Soak in the bath for as long as needed to bring temporary relief. Can be used as often as required. While bathing, muscles may be lightly massaged. Warnings

It not only is a great tension releasing tool, it actually is great for hydrating dead skin cells for easy sloughing. A bi-monthly treatment at least!
