Nawgan - Alertness Beverage Mandarin Orange - 11.5 oz. (340 mL)

Nawgan Mandarin Orange Alertness Beverage is what to drink when you want to think.

    Mandarin Orange
Pleased to meet you, I'm Mandarin Orange. Much like my alertness brethren, I'm non-carbonated, caffeinated, and have the ability to boost your concentration through the roof. But, I do it with the perfect slice of citrusy orange refreshment. Athletes, give one of us a try on or off the field. We'll sharpen your focus and keep your head in the game.

    Nutritional Facts
You can enjoy Mandarin Orange flavored Nawgan knowing that it's great for both the mind and the body. At just 45 Calories, it's a low-calorie drink. It's also low in sodium with only 80mg Sodium. There's 15g Total Carb with 11g. Sugar, Nawgan is a significant provider to your daily value of vitamins with 50% Vitamin E, 50% Vitamin B6 and 50% Vitamin B12.

    How It Works
    Scientifically formulated. Deliciously flavored.
The ingredients in Nawgan help you focus, while containing about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. On top of that, it's just 45 calories, with a zero calorie option as well. So, feel free to explore its ingredients, and enter a state of label reader bliss.

    • Cognizin Citicoline
The key ingredient in Nawgan, Cognizin citicoline, is an interesting compound that contains a unique combination of choline and cytidine. Choline is available in many foods that we eat (e.g. potatoes, cauliflower) but cytidine isn't widely available in foods consumed in Wester diets, which is a shame because cytidine is great for your brain.

Studies show that people who consume 250 mg of cognizin daily experience improved performance on a test of attention. Every can of Nawgan contains 250 mg of Cognizin citicoline to keep your brain alert and churning like a well-oiled machine.
    • D-alpha tocopherol acetate (natural vitamin E)
Like Nawgan, vitamin E is very unique. Unlike other vitamins, there's actually a difference between the synthetic and natural forms of vitamin E. Synthetic vitamin E only shares about a 12% similarity with its natural counterpart, making it less likely to be used and absorbed by the body. That's why Nawgan only uses natural vitamin E. And in providing 50% of your daily value per serving, they keep your vitamin intake in check.
    • Alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline
Alpha-glyceryl phosphoral choline provides a second source of choline for our body. When combined with the citicoline, Nawgan provides a good source of choline (95 mg, or 17% of a recommended intake of 550 mg).
    • Caffeine
When people think of caffeine, they think of the "energy" that it provides. The energy that comes from caffeine is really an increase in mental alertness. Caffeine works by activating the adenosine system in your brain. This results in your brain becoming more "active." Nawgan contains around the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee.

    Eco-Friendly
Yes, the aluminum can is gorgeous. But, it's also safe for the environment. By distributing Nawgan in aluminum cans instead of plastic or glass bottles, they're able to limit their carbon footprint in both production and distribution. As Nawgan consumers, they ask you to do your part. Recycle your Nawgan cans. Together, we can contribute to a better tomorrow.

    About Nawgan

Nawgan supports brain function in several ways: by providing anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant protection, increasing acetylcholine levels in the brain which is critical for memory and thinking skills and providing structural support to brain cells, Paul said. This is done with the active ingredients of lycopene, vitamin E, alpha-glyceryl phosphoryl choline and citicoline, only found together in Nawgan. It has no preservatives or artificial colors and sweeteners. Nawgan is part of Nawgan Products, a parent company created by Paul and the company’s president and CEO Jim von der Heydt.
