I'm not sure if I've felt the effects of this one. My pms cravings were still pretty strong and I've taken it for almost a month. I'm 3 days from when I should start my next cycle, so we shall see if it helps with the regularity issues I've been having, since that's really why I'm taking it. I wish the bottles had a full month supply though.
