I do not like the ingredients in this. Guarana is a natural source of caffeine. Basically, you are getting your energy from caffeine, not nutrients.
I recommend Red Stuff from Gary Null or Red Lightning from Nature's Plus. There is no caffeine in this and all your energy comes from the berries. It is a lot better value for money.
