Suggested Use

I lioke your product because it is a liquid and I also take the fiber liquig
I blend Optimal Nut liquid ,fiber liquid and a creatin powder plus iodine and green tea elixir and can prepare it the night before for the next morning
Have given this product to a 96 year old grandma in the nursing home for last several years and really believe it has helped her greatly.
