I absolutely love the met RX bars now! I have not tried all the flavors but this one, the crispy apple pie, is my favorite. The taste is surprisingly great! All the other protein bars that I've had were not very tasty and I finish them only because I've already spent the money. Another thing that I'm happy about is the protein they use in it. Everything seems to contain only whey. I can't handle dairy so I stick to other forms of protein. These bars have soy protein and some other stuff. I think some of the protein bars have dairy but I can say for certain that the apple pie one doesn't bother my stomach. It has a good amount of protein, 31grams, which is more than all the other bars in my grocery store.
