Noticeable results in just a few days. Lost 5-10% BF in first month with minimal diet change/workout. You have to follow instructions and take it appropriately to see results. I would definitely recommend it.

My husand and I both have been taking this product and have lost 14 pounds, each. Sometimes a pound or two comes back and then drops off again. We have not dieted and we certainlhy ate too many sweets during the holidays, but the weight is staying off! The caffeine per capsule is only about 23 milligrams, so it hasn't affected our sleep at all, and no jitters. It's a great product!

I have been using this product for over a month and have lost 5 lbs without really trying. The thing that I notice the most is that I am not hungry, I have to remember to eat. No jitters, or adverse reactions.
