The maximum number of scoops of N.O.-XPLODE™ per day is 3. We do not suggest using more than this amount in a 24-hour period. If you do train twice per day, you may want to split up your servings of N.O.-XPLODE™ for the day. This will allow you to use N.O.-XPLODE™ prior to each training session, without exceeding the maximum daily dose, as indicated on the label.

After 12 weeks of use, we recommend that you take a 4 week cycle off the product. The reason we suggest doing so is due to the fact that your body will eventually build a tolerance to the ingredients in the formula.
